Currently using safety wire to hold bottom tabs of rear bumper to unibody. Eventually i'm taking that metal out and fab up a steel square tube assembly to hold the fuel cell and battery below original trunk level. So I can put a door over the top. That way I can eventually pass tech, also after I install a kill switch off the rear bumper. Currently trying to find replacement xmas tree bulbs. I'll eventually get out there tonight and get you a pic from the bottom.

Need your help, Got this noise that seems to have gotten worse. I can't pinpoint the noise, but it doesn't sound harsh enough for a bearing, almost like my balance belt snapped and is smacking around. www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0UAF1a0P64

I'm not sure that I hear the exact bad sound. All I hear sounds like a worn idler pulley on likely the serpentine belt.
On the plus side, the lower timing cover is easily removed to check

I replaced the idler's last year, i'll check them again and take off the cover and check. Didn't know whether it might be a bad water or ps pump.

Well, found out last night that one of the things I pulled from that mini Fuse box cut power to my rad fans. Overheated while parked at rest area on parkway to pull live data. Think I caught it early enough as it was pushing out through the return hose to thermostat. Stupid me left my lights off on the dash so I didn't see it until I went to head home and saw smoke come up from under the hood. Let the engine cool down for 30 min, drove home fine.

So update to the fan wiring after AC Delete. If you yank every fuse relay out of that tiny box next to the ECU, the fans will not work. Even though the wiring diagram shows the coolant fan powered through large fuse box. I'm guessing in theory I would have to hard wire aftermarket fan relay switch and tap it into existing coolant temp sensor to completely delete that box.

So both fans are through that box, not just the one?

Yes, in a sense. The AC Fan relay that is that is there is actually the relay that powers both fans on. If you remove it the coolant fan loses power as well. Going to eventually find a way to wire from the fan relay in the main box to the coolant fan, or just cut that small box out and run a dedicated aftermarket fan relay.
